I worked almost 30 years for the same company but one of the things I miss most is the weekly sessions with this fantastic coach, Emilia, that I had for the last 2 years.
It was like a nice and friendly pause to think about everything that was done, how it was done, how it could be done better, what was still missing… with my team, managing team, company and so on… put everything in a clear and straight way
